5 Home Office Essentials

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Once you’ve settled into the idea of running a business from home you need to make a choice. What type of office setup do you need? It’s beyond the scope of this article to detail each and every item required for the perfect home office. Instead we will focus on hints and tips for creating a more ideal home working environment.

Desk

Those newspaper ads always prompted you to “start a business from your kitchen table”. While this works well in newspaper adverts it’s not nearly as practical in real life. A good home office desk is a basic requirement and should be quite basic. Avoid desks with keyboard trays and nooks and crannies spread all over it - this just gives you more places to lose things. The ideal home office desk will have a large, flat working area, at least one deep drawer for files and preferrably be L-shaped to allow for a more ergonomic home working environment.

Chair

Anybody running an online or other business from home is going to spend a considerable amount of time sitting down. It’s absolutely critical that you have a good office chair. Many people make the mistake of using a kitchen or spare household chair as the chair for their home office. This is a bad idea because using an insufficient chair can and will lead to lower back and shoulder pain and also looks unprofessional. The ideal home office chair has the following features:

Adjustable backrest

Swivel base

Adjustable armrest

Deep cushioned seat

A great home office chair can be purchased for as little as $60 brand new. The moral of the story is - don′t skimp on your home office chair.

Environment

There are 3 key factors to having a suitable home working environment. Noise, Light and Heat.

Noise - excessive noise (above say 45 decibels or a really loud office fan) is counter productive to your work. You’ll have trouble focusing on anything or thinking clearly for more than a few minutes. Your home office space needs to be as quiet as you need it to be. So avoid using laundry rooms or other areas with excessively noisy equipment.

Light - the light in your home office needs to be controlled. Too bright and it will produce glare on computer screens and documents. Too dim and it will cause eyestrain. Natural light is ideal because it gives diffuse (soft) light. To achieve diffuse lighting at nighttime set up your desk lamp off to one side of your desk. Adjust it until you have enough light to read conformtably.

Heat - this is simple. Your work space should be neither too hot nor too cold. Any extremes of temperature in your home office will lead to decreased work performance. Room temperature is 37 degrees celsius so aim for something in that region.

Decoration

There’s no need for your home office to be sterile and boring. Plants are one healthy addition. The colour green has a positive affect on our way of thinking and the fact that plants will filter out the toxins in the air around you is another plus.

Also consider using some motivational posters in your home office. This might seem a bit cheesy but if you choose a message that inspires you personally it can be very effective.

Last but not least consider having your mission statement printed out, framed and on your desk in front of you. Your mission statement is the reason you started your home business - make sure you are reminded of this every single day.

Computer equipment

This is where you need to be very honest with yourself because of the potential expense involved. A home office does not need an all singing all dancing computer and printer. You need functionality and not tons of features.

Buy what you need for your business. Do not buy what you want for yourself.

When buying your home office computer take these tips into consideration:

Mid-range processor power.

512MB of RAM.

20GB hard disk.

Advanced 3D graphical capabilities are not essential.

CDR or DVDR backup (must have).

Avoid extended warranties - sales people make large commissions from offering these.

Generic brands use the same components as and are therefore equally as reliable as the big name brands.

Consider buying a refurbished system if you′re on a tight budget.

Check with friends who have purchased computers recently. What problems did they encounter when buying their PC? Who did they buy from? What was the aftersales service like?

Printer - you don’t need a top of the range color laserjet printer for your home office do you? I didn’t think so.

Questions you should ask yourself when buying a printer:

Do you need color printing capabilities?

How many pages per minute do you actually need to print?

What is the cost per page for color and black printing?

How much does replacement ink cost?

How many pages of black text can you get from each cartridge?

How much desktop space will the printer require?

Are updated drivers for this model readily available?

How to Succeed in Internet MLM

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Not too long ago, I reached a milestone in my life. I was desperately trying to run a brick and mortar business, but it was quickly teetering on the verge of bankruptcy. My bank account was nearly depleted, bills were mounting daily and I thought I had reached the end of the line.

However, I am a firm believer in the philosophy that a bend in the road is not the end of the road… unless you fail to make the turn. In addition, I have always been pretty optimistic, so I firmly believed that I could make a successful living in MLM online. Today, I am well on my way to achieving my goals. Here are some of the things I feel are the most important attributes for making your dreams come true.

1. Discipline – Most people have their own innate technique for attaining success. Yet, no matter what line of work they embark on, the most successful people are able to adapt their abilities, knowledge, persona and networking skills to any opportunity. Of course, it often takes a great deal of persistence and hard work before they discover exactly which of these attributes is best suited to the particular task at hand. Marketers who have discovered and developed their niches are quick to realize that they must actively pursue their goals and more importantly, they are adamant that they must never quit.

2. Persistence: In order to attain true success in any endeavor, you must have a fervent belief in yourself. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking. Once you convince yourself that you will succeed, convincing others comes naturally. Most of the time, the only obstacle to perfection is self-doubt. Make success your number one goal and pursue this mantra constantly and you will succeed.

3. Interest: The most successful business people are the ones who actively pursue promoting a product or service they love. For them, a labor of love is never really a labor at all and they are able to fully develop the focus and marketability of their interest by projecting a contagious sense of enthusiasm to their clients.

4. Never Accept Failure: In order to reach your full potential in any business, you have to be persistent. Far too often people underestimate their own self-worth and, because they fear rejection, they give up as soon as they hear the word “no”. Successful people never take no for an answer; they quickly come to realize that ‘no’ can very often mean ‘not now’ or ‘not this way’. They take advantage of any opportunity to approach potential clients and are quick to adapt their pitch so it appeals to their audience.

5. Positive Marketing: Everyone likes to hear about another person’s success. Negativity has absolutely no place in marketing. Your projections must be perceived as the best – and the only way to portray that type of confidence is by having a total belief in your product or service. You must be positive that your product is positively the best.

6. Commitment: Your commitment to your business venture has to be almost constant and always sincere. Few successful people get where they are by working at it sporadically. However, your commitment has to be balanced realistically with your personal situation. Timing, planning and cooperation are also a big part of how much time you can commit to any project. Your biggest commitment should be to yourself. If you want to succeed, you must be committed to success.

The Right Home Based Business Opportunity

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Every 11 seconds someone joins a home based business. You have your own reasons why you are looking to get into something different from what you’re doing, right? Some people want to clear their debt, some want to be their own boss, spend more time with family, get out of a job they hate, stop making someone else rich, and the list goes on. My question to you is - What is your why?

Being in business for yourself is a wonderful thing. Being organized with you business, you can have more free time doing what you love, more money, and not to mention be your own boss. There are certain things you should look for in a home based business, but before I get to that. One thing to avoid at all costs is, get-rich-quick schemes. One of the biggest reasons for failure is most people look for a get-rich-quick scheme. They look for ways to make large amounts of money with little or no effort. To let you in on a little secret - these types of opportunities do not exist! In order to achieve real financial freedom you need to work at it consistently and that is the operative word, consistently.

With that in mind here are some pointers to help you find the right opportunity just for you that will help catapult you to success:

1) Only get into a business that offers something you love. Whether that be travel, jewellery, auto parts. Whatever it is, just make sure you are passionate about it.

2) Do your research and become knowledgeable about the business. From there you will be able to make an informative decision. If it all makes sense, don’t let your head talk you out of it, just go for it!

3) Don′t focus on the money. If you love what you do, the money will come. It is true that if you’re only in it for the money you will not succeed, at least not in the long run.

4) Success is a habit. So is failure. So is mediocrity. Everything you focus on expands and that includes a successful habit, which means being involved in your business on a daily basis.

5) Perhaps the most important point is to ask yourself ‘why’ do you want to get into business? Only you know the answer to that and if it is a strong ‘why’ then you are on the right track to success!

So with your ‘why’ in mind and with the right attitude and mindset you can achieve whatever it is that you desire most. Visit my website for all the details my opportunity has to offer. You have waited long enough, your time is now. Take some initiative and get started today!

Domestic Blessings - How To Earn Money If You Work At Home

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Working at home may seem to be an almost alien concept to the generations of the twentieth century. For people who thought that work happened only in the office, academe, or laboratory, working at home seems to smack of laziness and lack of motivation. However, with the advent of the Internet, and with more and more people finding business opportunities online, people working at home can earn a lot of money even without stepping inside a brick-and-mortar office.

If you are interested in working at home, you will need motivation, a constant supply of energy, an Internet connection, and the ability to look for working opportunities. Motivation is important if you have to work at home: you are conveniently situated near the TV, refrigerator, and bed, all of them beckoning you to simply sleep and rest and not work any longer. You will need this motivation to get you through every day, and to keep you glued to your computer screen, earning your money.

You will also need a constant supply of energy. This is tied in with your motivation: you need to be working constantly, and with unflagging enthusiasm. There are many ways to keep your energy up: you might require a good amount of coffee, although caffeine can sometimes make you shake uncontrollably and have a hard time typing on your computer. If you are prone to trembling because of caffeine, you can try eating an apple in the morning, or drinking large amounts of vitamin C.

An Internet connection is your gateway to the world of working at home. Join online groups and forums that post job offerings, especially for telecommuting jobs such as freelance web design or writing. Scour the Internet for sites that post telecommuting job offerings. Apply to as many jobs as you see fit, and take on as many assignments as you possibly can without damaging your health. Remember, you can earn only as much money as your brain can handle activity, so make sure that both brain and body are functioning properly before plunging into work and forgetting the rest of the world.

There are many ways to earn money online. You can be a freelance writer, providing content for blogs or websites that need important information for their regular clients. You can do web design or graphic design from afar, and simply submit your work to your clients through email. You can also be a virtual assistant, and be an offshore secretary for a boss who wants to save on airfare. In addition to all these, you can earn residual income by posting ads on your site, and earning commissions when people click on them.

This means that you might want to put up your own website. There are many programs available to help you design your website painlessly, and upload it easily. Such programs can help you make a website that is attractive and easy to navigate, which are prime considerations when judging a website’s integrity. You can keep a blog, provide informative articles, and even post your resume online. Be sure to have an easy-to-remember link, so you can post your website’s address online through your online groups and forums. Soon, more people can flock to your site, and you might be offered jobs that pay even higher!

Lastly, keep an open mind and always be on the lookout for job opportunities. If you are only starting out, do not be afraid to turn down jobs that you feel you cannot do, or that might violate any beliefs or principles that you hold. Moreover, whatever your skills and crafts are, always seek to improve them by attending classes or workshops.

There are many job opportunities available if you want to work at home. Be on the constant lookout and take as many jobs as you can. You can enjoy working at home if you have the right attitude and a lot of motivation, so forget about the old image of a lazy afternoon spent sleeping on the couch. You can earn money at home, and you can start now!

Vital Elements to Consider When Building a Internet Home Business

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

Building a internet home business is a very serious task that requires a lot attention and effort. Many would say that building a internet home business can be more time consuming and requires more effort than if they were working a normal daytime job.

Some are in for a big shock if they lived in the belief that building a internet home business is as simple as sitting in their own comfort and just use the computer for a few hours a day. Building a internet home business is indeed lucrative but one needs to put in the hard work initially to ensure their internet home business is successful.

Here are some of the things one need to consider when building a internet home business:

1. Get the full assistance of your family members. While building a internet home business and working at home, your family must be willing to give their utmost support. Most importantly, if your children are going to be at home when you’re building a internet home business, you need to let them understand you are busy and can’t entertain them all the time.

Support from family members is extremely vital. Time management is also important. Draft out a daily routine and make sure you follow it when building a internet home business. Ultimately, you should aim to work lesser and lesser when you are building a internet home business.

2. You also need to be prepared to put in large portion of time and effort when building a internet home business. You will need to build an automated marketing system. Building a internet home business requires a fool proof automated system which will automate your sales process.

And systems are extremely important when building a internet home business. With an automated marketing system, you will then be able to convert your visitors into paying customers automatically. If you want to maximize your income in your internet home business, you have to do that.

3. When building a internet home business, you also need to target a profitable market. There has to be sufficient demand for your products, else it will be difficult to maintain your internet home business.

Hence, proper research has to be done initially to make sure your products is in high demand. Ideally, your market should be a niche market, and this will definitely help to increase your earnings when you are building a internet home business.

Keep these three things in mind and you will well be on your way to building a highly successful internet home business.

Home Is Where Your Business Is

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

You have heard the phrase “Home is where your heart is”. Well I can tell you that this is true. I have always felt comfortable anywhere I was if my children and husband were there. It saddens me when I would have to leave my husband and children and go to work everyday. I would agonize about it. I hated having to work weekends and miss out on going to my boys football games. I was depressed to miss out on going to church with my husband and children. When I was away from my family I felt my heart was not with me. For this reason, when I found out I was expecting our third child I made the decision to start working at home.

I made this decision knowing full well that it wouldn’t be easy. Nothing in life worth fighting for is easy. But I wanted to be able to be close to those I love even when I was working and the only way to do that was to start a home based business. But where to start?

My husband, who owned his own home based business already, told me to find something that I had a passion for. I looked at many different companies before I found the right one for me. I knew I didn’t want to do anything that I would have to do home parties for. Thant would be defeating the reasoning for staying at home. I also knew I didn’t want the hassle of dealing with inventory. Trust me that is a headache that most people don’t want.

So what where my alternatives? I need a company that I could work my own hours, even nighttime hours. I needed a company that would give me residual income, from a product that I didn’t have to deal with directly. Fortunately, there are thousands of businesses on the internet that fit that description. I soon found a company that worked for me. It had a great product that I believed in. They did auto shipping so I didn’t have to worry about having stockpiles of product in my living room. And to top it all off, they had a great support team that I got to know well and helped me get through the first few hurdles. In fact, I received a bonus I never thought about. The support team became a family to me also. I found friends that helped me through problems and answered questions. And they are there to pat me on the back when I did a good job.

So now here I am having my cake and eating it too, so to speak. My heart is where I can be close to my family, both the physical one and the one I work with. I′m fortunate to really have my home where my heart is.

The Reluctant MLM Spouse

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

You can sense it immediately. . . . You are talking with a prospect, and you are hearing more about how his or her spouse will react than how your prospect is feeling about the opportunity you are offering him or her.

You might have heard things like:

“My husband hates it when I go out at night for meetings.”

“I’m going to have a lot of resistance about the time this will take from my family.”

“My spouse is not going to let me spend any money.”

“My wife hates MLM.”

“My spouse is going to throw it up to me about all the other deals I tried that didn’t work.”

“My wife hates it when I’m on the phone a lot.”
And so on.

Let’s face it; either you or someone you know has burnt a few bridges at home pursuing an opportunity that didn’t work out. However, it is vitally important to win over that reluctant spouse if you can.

Years of experience with this topic have given me a number of helpful suggestions I can pass along to you. First, spend some time in a freeing discussion clarifying the dreams that your spouse has about where he or she would like your family to be and what he or she would like to do with the MLM time and financial freedom you could create by building a successful organization.

Often times, when your loved ones start “thinking big,” they begin to realize for the first time that your fixed salaries are unlikely to allow fulfillment of those dreams. Consider materialistic dreams like new homes, cars, boats, clothes, jewelry, vacations and toys . . . and then consider your dreams of time freedom. Perhaps you would like to avoid the commute, spend more time at sports events for your children, or volunteer more for your church.

Once you have fully explored the possibilities regarding time and money freedom, you need to put a star by a couple that could be realizable within a year (like a promised diamond wedding ring to replace the cheap band you started with, for example).

Let your spouse know that you are committed to working hard toward accomplishing the items on the family’s list with your MLM income. Reassure your spouse that you will keep good records to maximize tax breaks (more “found” money). Make a promise (then keep it) to coordinate your schedule with your spouse’s, compromising whenever possible so there is still quality family time.

Stop “convincing” your spouse through high pressure tactics and instead allow your spouse to explore your product line without forcing a success story (in my company, the spouse often loses a huge amount of weight, like 19 pounds in 10 days, and then wants to take over the business).
Don’t commit a huge amount of family money to back a business if you are the only one excited about it; start on a shoestring and work your way up instead. Realize that what will shift your spouse’s attitude is a different result than what you’ve had before. You can only create a different result if you get “tunnel vision” with a “ten foot tall and bulletproof” mentality.

Make up your mind, once and for all, that you are not going to quit unless the company goes down. Too many people only pursue an opportunity for 90 days or less. If I had been relying on big production in my first 90 days, then I would’ve quit my deal and missed out on the almost 6 million dollars we made a little later.

Your spouse does not necessarily want to “take you to raise” and have to indulge all your poorly-thought-through whims. Understand that you will enhance the quality of your marital relationship considerably when you respect and acknowledge your spouse’s negative thoughts about your endeavors. If you really get honest, you’ll probably have to admit that the first time or two you tried such a venture, your spouse didn’t have those negative feelings.

If you work on understanding how your spouse feels and listen on that level, chances are you will break down the animosity with patience and production.

Some people say when you really want something . . . give it away. But, if what you really want is to control your spouse . . . give up on that idea. Chances are, you’ll start experiencing a lot more of what you’re really looking for once you stop controlling and start communicating.

A good marriage, after all, is just a good series of on-course corrections and compromises… preceded by tremendous empathy and a desire by both spouses to bring more than 50% to the relationship.

If you are having spousal problems in MLM, then chances are you are having spousal problems in other areas too. An awareness of this will give you a chance to mend your relationship in a healthy way before other areas of the marriage become contaminated.

Remember what they say: “You could do it without ‘em, but you’d whole lot rather have them on your side.”

Home Based Businesses - The Top Ten Mistakes People Make

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

The majority of home based businesses will fail. So how do you make sure your home internet business is a success, in the face of so much failure?

Perhaps the most important factor in determining whether your business will thrive or fail is your ability to avoid the many pitfalls to which online business owners often succumb.

In order to help you know what to avoid, I have compiled this list of the top ten mistakes made by home based internet business owners. Hopefully, the list will provide you with some food for thought as you establish and operate your home based business.

10. Falling for Get Rich Quick Schemes

There are simply countless of these schemes out there. Any Google search for “home business” or “internet business” will turn up a bunch of these scams.

But most of these schemes only make money for the people that originate them. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. There is good money to be made online, but it takes time, commitment, knowledge, and dedication.

9. Succumbing to Internet Information Overload

The internet is a wonderful source of free and abundant information. When starting your web business, it is easy to get so caught up in researching your business and never actually get started on building your business.

Surfing the Internet can be addictive, and while it is important to do research into both internet marketing in general and your niche in specific, you must at some point stop researching and start building your business.

8. Not Doing Proper Keyword Research

Doing adequate keyword research is one of the bedrocks of any successful home internet business. You should know both the demand for a keyword and the level of difficulty in achieving top search engine rankings for that keyword.

Many people charge ahead with building their sites without doing enough keyword research, and then they are surprised when they get no traffic, either because nobody is searching for those keyword terms or because the competition for these keywords is simply too stiff.

7. Picking the Wrong Niche

When you select a niche for your home based business, make sure it is one in which you have enough interest and in which other people have enough interest too. This gets back to keyword research, which is the best way to assess demand for your niche in the online community.

6. Obsessing Over Pagerank

Pagerank is one of the most over-hyped and overexposed elements of SEO. It is simply Google’s attempt to lend a numeric value (from 1 to 10) to the overall quality and quantity of a web page’s backlinks.

There are many other factors that go into determining a site’s search engine rankings, not the least of which is the level of trust attributed to those sites linking to yours, also known in SEO circles as “Trustrank”.

Nonetheless, many people spend far too much time worrying about their Pagerank and concentrating on boosting it. A much better use of time is to focus on getting links from relevant authority sites in your field.

5. Lacking Passion for Your Niche Business

The importance of passion in determining the ultimate success or failure cannot be overstated. While it is by no means the only factor in determining a site’s success — you need knowledge and marketplace demand too – it might well be the single most vital ingredient.

If you truly love your business’ topic, you will be far more likely to work on it, and your passion will show in your site’s web pages.

4. Going Up Against Too Many Authority Sites

In picking a niche, it is vital to make sure that your site will not be competing against too many “authority” sites in the search engine rankings. These are sites that generally have thousands of backlinks, a high Pagerank (often 6 or more), and quite frequently, they date back to the late 1990’s.

If you see that more than one or two such sites are showing up regularly in the search results for the main keywords in your niche, it might be time to consider either reconceiving your approach to the niche or switching niches altogether.

3. Failing to Understand SEO

Far too many small web site owners simply fail to comprehend how search engine optimization (SEO) works. Without current and comprehensive knowledge of the methods and techniques that can be used to elevate your site’s position in the search engine results, you will be at a major disadvantage.

There are many wonderful, free resources online covering the methodology of link building and the proper manipulation of on-page factors, which together make up the core of any SEO campaign. If you do yourself a favor and educate yourself on SEO, your site’s traffic can increase dramatically, as can your business revenue.

2. Losing Interest in Your Business

Quite frequently, this is the direct result of a lack of passion for your niche. Many people simply get bored with their web based businesses after spending many hours and months working on them, only to let them stagnate or abandon them altogether.

If you are passionate about your business, you are far more likely to continue to invest time in building it, even when you hit lulls or when your site traffic drops. Be persistent — it pays off in the end.

1. Building Poor Quality Content

Anyone who has browsed the web knows there is a ton of bad content our there. Many webmasters seem obsessed with pumping out more and more pages without any concern as to the quality of the content on those pages.

While this strategy might work for a while, especially for people who create a huge volume of material, more often than not, it is a recipe for failure. Poor quality content will lead to people leaving your site quickly, and this in turn will hurt your search rankings and kill prospects for repeat traffic. It’s also a bit soul-sapping — it’s hard to be enthusiastic about a site you know is pure rubbish.

Build content you are proud of. This will help build your readership, and it will help improve the web in general. And in the end, it’s just good business. After all, the search engines ideally want to return quality sites in their results. Your best long term strategy is to give them what they want, and in turn, they will be more likely to show you love (and send you lots of traffic) down the line.

Network Marketing Advice - Reading Blue People

Saturday, June 28th, 2008

In a previous article I had written, I talked about how each person has a different personality that we link to a specific color. In this article we’re going to start looking at these various colors in detail starting with the blue personality. Hopefully, after you are done reading this article, you will know what the blue personality is, how to spot somebody who is a blue personality and finally how to deal with a blue personality in order to get them into your program.

In spite of what you might be thinking, that the blue personality is somebody who is very sad, actually the opposite is true. Blue people are fun loving party people. The word “work” is one of the dirtiest words in the dictionary for these people. They′d rather be boiled in oil and buried 20 feet under ground with nothing but Brady Bunch reruns to watch than to ever get stuck in a job. Their idea of life is going to gala affairs and mingling with the rich and famous. If you’re looking for somebody to do a lot of grunt work in your organization, the blue personality is pretty much the last person you’ll want to approach.

So, just how do you spot a blue personality? Well, since most Network marketing is done on the Internet, and you really don’t get to meet these people, you have to go by the email correspondence that transpires between you. Of, if you’re fortunate enough to get their phone number, a phone call will help. These people are very easy to spot. In communication, they laugh a lot. You’ll see a lot of LOLs in their email correspondence and if you speak to them on the phone, they′ll sound like they′re at a party and life is just one big joke. Don’t try to engage them in a serious conversation. You’ll be wasting your time.

In that case, how do you get a blue personality into your organization? For that matter, do you even want one? The answer is a resounding YES. Why? The blue personality is looking for fun. By pointing out the fun aspect of the business and the perks that come with it, this will intrigue the blue personality. In return, their love of partying and socializing with people will bring them out in full force when it comes to telling their friends about this great opportunity. A blue personality can actually be quite a recruiter if they are approached the right way. They need to see that YOUR program is going to be fun.

Hopefully, if you approach the blue personality in just the right way, you’ll gain a recruit who will bring you in a lot of members.

Even if they′re only there for the party.

To YOUR Success,

Steven Wagenheim

Maintaining Good Feng Shui

Feng Shui is a way of life, that when monitored and maintained, enhances the prospects for health, wealth and good fortune in your career and personal life. When the “five elements” in your home, work and landscape environments are in harmony and balance, joy, peace, prosperity and healthy relations are just a few of the blessings that are derived.

Occassionally I receive letters or calls from clients who initially experienced positive results from Feng Shui, then things seem to go in reverse. My first response to them is always, “tell me about the condition of your garden/landscape and the things you′ve added to your home/office.” Invariably, they discover that there is debris, dead/dying plants or barren areas in their garden and almost always… more clutter in their home/offices.

It’s easy to get excited about Feng Shui in the begining, but in reality it is more important to maintain good Feng Shui as a way of life. There is also the tendency, in human nature, to overlook the less appearent blessings surrounding us daily, such as improved health, contentment, more serenity and peace, restful sleep, better grades and behavior, less effort, better relations and an overall feeling of well being…than it is for us to relate to the excitement of more business, more money and more abundance in our lives.

FENG SHUI TIP #1

Feng Shui is an earth art and an earth science, thus you can NEVER over improve the grace, beauty and richness of your garden or landscape environment (this even includes parking lots). NATURE is the primary magnet for good fortune in your life.

FENG SHUI TIP #2

Less ALWAYS means more Ch’i…life force in your life. Thus the importance of constant space clearing…gifting away, throwing away, storing away or burning away “things″ that do not enhance or enrich your life. CH’I is the primary force of health and blessings in your lives.

Feng Shui is not superstition, philosophy or a religion.

It is the art and science of living in harmony with our interior and exterior environments.
